My approach to coaching is that people have an intrinsic capacity to develop and achieve. It’s my job to nurture this capacity and to facilitate change. I don’t provide direct advice, although I may well use my coaching and specialist subject expertise to suggest resources and techniques. My work is client-centred, impartial and non-judgmental.
I hold a certificate in coaching from the Centre for Coaching, London and a CMI level 7 certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring. I'm a member of the Association for Coaching.
I have twenty years' professional experience in career development and a passion for helping people to enhance their lives.
